Nursing team consists of Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, and Certified Home Health Aides.
Therapy team consists of Physical Therapists, Respiratory Therapists, and Physical Therapy assistants.
Nutritional counseling is also available.
Services provided by Permian Regional Medical Center Home Health helps facilitate a smooth transition from hospital to the home. We can provide the patient care in the privacy of his/her own home. The physician receives regular updates from the RN Case Manager.
Permian Regional Medical Center Home Health is a Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Insurance Provider. We are a licensed Primary Homecare/Family Care Provider.
For individuals needing assistance with bathing, our Bed and Bath program provides certified nurses aides.
