- Monthly Fee of $1,200, this includes:
- All utilities paid (excluding cable, internet & phone)
- All maintenance provided including the duplex interior /exterior and all grounds keeping
- Free membership to the PRMC Wellness Center
- Discounted meals in the PRMC Cafeteria
- 1-month free residence at PRCC for every year of residence at Permian Place for up to 3-months credit
- A daily check-in visit by a member of our Home Health Services
- Free use of Permian Place Clubhouse
