HIM Statistician/Chart Assembler/Birth Registrar | Full Time

Key responsibilities include retrieving, assembling, and scanning patient charts into the Meditech system, verifying patient status, and processing admissions. The individual will also track observation hours, manage birth certificate processing, and report various hospital statistics like admissions and occupancy rates. Additionally, the role involves completing weekly and monthly reports on physician chart deficiencies, assisting with departmental tasks, and participating in meetings. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
